Who is responsible

Belcoast Holding BV (BE 0479.856.228), Essex-Scottischlaan 49, 8434 Westende, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data through this website. Questions or requests: info@belcoast.be.

What data and why

• Interest form: first name, surname, email address, phone number (optional), the project you are interested in, what you are looking for and your question. We use this data only to inform you about that project and to contact you. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in informing interested parties.
• Contact by email or phone: the data you provide yourself, in order to answer your question.

We do not send a newsletter without your explicit consent and we never sell your data to third parties.

Who processes the data with us

The website is hosted by DIZIZIT in Belgium. Form submissions are stored in Belcoast's Google Workspace. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google. The necessary agreements are in place with these processors; transfers outside the EU take place under the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long

We keep data from the interest form for as long as the project runs and for no longer than three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a commonly used format. To exercise these rights, send an email to info@belcoast.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
