Belcoast is a family group from Westende on the Belgian coast. Since 2004 Belcoast has been buying, building, managing and operating hotels, holiday homes and apartments, with Westende and Middelkerke as its home base. The group is wholly owned by the founding family and has more than 600 beds across hotels, guesthouses and holiday homes.

Part of what we build ourselves: holiday apartments on the West Bay estate in Westende and, in preparation, units in the West Bay Hotel and lodges in West Golf Village at Westend Resort. Each project shows an honest status: in design, waiting list, on sale soon. We only publish prices once the permit has been granted.

We stay on the estate after the sale: the hotel, the bar and the parking remain under our own management, and Belcoast Holidays handles letting, guest reception and maintenance for owners who want this. You decide how many weeks you use the apartment yourself.
